Education & Academic Development
My education combines analytical study with hands-on exploration. From molecular biology to mathematics and more, each experience has deepened my understanding of how structured thinking leads to discovery.
Dubai College
A-levels: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, EPQ
My EPQ is based on the question ‘To what extent can studying naturally cancer-resistant species help improve global cancer treatment?’
GCSEs: 10 A* and 1A
‘Introduction to Mathematical Thinking’ Stanford University
Completed a course taught by Professor Keith Delvin that focused on how structured reasoning builds clarity. It reshaped how I approach unfamiliar problems and strengthened my ability to reach conclusions through steady, logical thought.
‘Introduction to Medicine’ Brown University Pre-College Program
I attended a summer program at Brown University that introduced how medical knowledge develops through study and observation. The course moved between clasroom learning and simulated case work, showing how clinical reasoning evolves through reflection and experience. I began to understand how medical practice relies on interpretation as well as information, and how each decision carries the weight of human impact.
Harvard University Future Doctors Program
This program explored predominantly how the study of chemistry links to the structure of the human body. The teaching focused on molecular reactions and how they shape biological processes that sustain life. Through guided case work and group discussions, I began to see how medical understanding grows from observing small patterns and connecting them to real experience.
University of Montana & Ecology Project International at Yellowstone National Park
I participated in a field course through EPI in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. During the course, I visited areas where I collected data alongside park researchers studying bison interaction with vegetation and other wildlife. The experience took place amidst the geothermal features and wild habitats of Yellowstone, deepening my understanding of how observation and care can shape conservation science.
NASA Space Exploration Camp
This program was held at NASA’s training center in Houston, where I took part in mission simulations designed to mirror real aerospace operations. I studied the mechanics of flight and the principles that govern how astronauts work and survive beyond Earth. The experience reshaped how I see precision, showing that progress depends on calm thinking even in environments that leave no room for error.
InvestIN Education Young Doctors Program
I joined a medical immersion program that recreated aspects of clinical work through guided scenarios led by doctors. The sessions introduced the logic behind diagnosis and the ethical judgement that supports treatment decisions. Working through each case helped me recognize how careful reasoning and awareness of the patient experience form the foundation of medical understanding.
